Yes. The front text and side flag are professionally embroidered for a clean, durable finish that's built to last.

What type of hat is it?

The Original IDFG Cap is a structured, six-panel snapback featuring a flat brim, green underbrim, and adjustable snap closure. One size fits most adults.

How long does shipping take?

Every hat is made to order.

Production: Typically 2–5 business days
Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days within the United States

Where do you ship?

We currently ship throughout the United States. We hope to expand to additional countries in the future.

Can I return my order?

Because each hat is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we'll make it right.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders enter production quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. While we can't guarantee changes after production begins, we'll do everything we can to help.

How should I clean my hat?

To keep your cap looking its best:

Spot clean with mild soap and water
Air dry only
Do not machine wash
Do not place in a dryer

What does the inverted American flag represent?

Historically, an inverted American flag has been used as a symbol of distress. On this hat, it is included as a symbolic design element. Like the message on the front, its meaning is left to the individual wearing it.
